Saddening to read about the collapse of Van Hool today. Martijn Gilbert and I visited in 2017 with Scania UK on a tour looking for 'the next big thing' for bus design. We presented some radical ideas and didn't realise a concept, but their thinking was probably the most open we saw.

We recently invited Katie who is neurodivergent and helping North East businesses become more inclusive, to meet Lumo colleagues and share her story with us.

It was an opportunity to learn how we can make everyone’s journey even simpler and smoother.

It’s good to see our luggage helpers out on platforms today for the busy Easter Bank Holiday weekend. We’ve deployed extra people to help Lumo services at King’s Cross, Newcastle and Edinburgh.
