Anant Bhan Cost of transplants, poor logistics & hight mortality impact acceptance of available organs (esp hearts & lungs) by Indian pts. There were reports some time ago that AIIMS Delhi is wasting away hearts n lungs fr same reasons. Rather some lives are saved than none.
