Learning to read and write is essential for children as they begin school. More support is coming for students in BC with dyslexia & other learning challenges. More literacy support is one of the actions we’re taking to make sure kids have the right resources to grow and succeed.

Over the last two years, thousands of people shared their experiences of racism & discrimination, shedding light on how government can remove barriers to our programs & services. Now we're taking action to track & address systemic racism in public spaces like hospitals & schools.

This morning, I updated the BC Building Code with #MassTimber changes - effective immediately - that will:

✅Allow for 18 stories.
✅Allow for 9 stories without drywall.
✅Allow for different building structures - like schools and libraries.
