Fathima, Multaka volunteer, presents her incredible work in Sri Lanka that was working in female headed families and the changes in women and girls she observed through provided free targeted education & empowerment programmes.

In Sudan, women support the front line in different ways. Some familiar eg donations but others show ingenuity and strength. Women prepare meals, risking their lives in delivery; support morale (singing and making videos); & use social media to challenge mis-information by Islam

Kurmanjan Datka-born 1811, demonstrated courage throughout her life (escaping forced marriage & witnessing the execution of her son). She became ruler of Kyrgyzstan & was known as 'Queen of the South'.
