As programs for students with Learning Disabilities and are being dissolved across the province, there has never been a more important time than now to build teacher knowledge of the reading research, use a system-wide framework, and strengthen Tier1 instruction.

While some language & literacy elements may be cross-linguistic, phonics skills are NOT!
