After a bit of a odessey style journey my 'House of Agile Quality' book has finally arrived - and with a note from the author no less. I am passionate about quality delivery in IT. I am looking forward to get into it. I will let you know my thoughts soon.

I will revisit transaction cost in IT and the power this brings to understand the dynamics in IT transformation in a new blog post very soon. Manufacturing is the wrong analogy for IT, but we can use the ideas to our benefit. Something i wrote earlier
