Sunny intervals continue to dominate most areas this afternoon and isolated showers are expected in central and southwestern areas in the later afternoon.

Weather 6hourly update: Areas around the lake Victoria basin, including all the regions of central, Eastern regions and southwestern are cloudy with isolated showers. Mid western has sunny intervals.

Northern Uganda, West Nile and the Kyoga regions expected to have thunder showers this night. Others are the Elgon low & highlands, Midwestern, eastern L. Victoria basin. Central L. Victoria, Northern Rwenzori &Northearn expected to receive isolated showers. The rest are cloudy.

This afternoon most areas have sunny intervals expected to develop isolated showers in late afternoon.
