what actually happened:
- a cop had his canine sniff protest organizers (w/o consent) and our equipment beforehand. nothing illicit found
- cops wiped off *sidewalk chalk* saying free gaza as “property defacement”
- cops surrounded the plaza on all sides to intimidate protestors

This is a lie! Before the rally began there were about 10 of us present setting up as an officer allowed his k-9 to sniff around us and our property as a way to intimidate us. ACAB 🖕🏾

A speaker at the #hocomd #democratic Holiday Party said that theirs is a party that speaks for the marginalized, for women’s rights and gay rights. Within one minute of our group staging a silent #ceasefire protest in solidarity with the marginalized we were pushed out.

We will never forget how this country vehemently supported and participated in the genocide of Palestinians. How they loudly aided the Zionist state of Israel. We will never forget and we will never stop talking about Palestine!

“Working towards it” means aiding and funding Israel to commit genocide and expand the settlement of Israel on Palestinian land. There is only ONE solution and that is to give Palestine all of their #LandBack #FromTheRiverToSea . Like America, Israel is existing on stolen land.

Today at the 🗳 Maryland Democratic Party🗳 meeting I was pushed and initially denied entry by the guard in the black and I was pushed by other committee members and threatened to have police called for peacefully asking Governor Wes Moore to repeal the anti BDS executive order & call for a ceasefire. Shame!
