I'm keen to know more creator-educators who really care about their students.

Present. Generous. Helpful. Not all about sell sell sell.

Did you have any good experience? Who would you name?

Just checked out this product and really enjoyed what Omar has put together.

I particularly like the video where he went through the pain, his story & how open he is to talk to 'you'.

Now that's how you touch people these days!

When you want to buy an expensive course from someone, how do you know you will not get scammed?

You don’t.

That’s why you (creator) need a lower-price product to show that you can teach, display your character, and set up that first touch point with a long-term student.

Just today, 2 people told me about their terrible video course experience.

Basically the course creators were either reading the slides or going on & on without getting to the point.

No wonder people don't finish courses (especially video ones) 😅

<Not being greedy> is an awesome growth lever:

1. Engage 2 instead of 20 people a day, your business grows b/c of care

2. Sell only 20 seats instead of unlimited seats for your course, your business grows b/c of scarcity

Start small, stay small, until they say you're big!

I'm building my next info product and focusing on <text>.

But I might add a few videos or even do a mini group-learn thing on top of it.

The reason is that I know text is still the best way to learn.

My VA just stopped me from buying a new subscription 😆

Because she knew my principles and saw that I was off.

My principle is to get the base work working before optimizing. But I was trying to sign up to a tool after just releasing 1 podcast episode 😒

So thankful!

Evergreen sounds good because who doesn't want to make money every single day?

But in reality, I think 70%+ creator-educators can do better using launch windows.

Not just scarcity.

You can also connect learners on the same path. That's powerful.

What's the word/phrase to describe 'just want to take someone's money?'

I'm thinking 'squeezing their wallets' but it doesn't sound like a common term.
