The sun is finally out (intermittently), and in celebration a brand new Orpington May Queen has been crowned! The Mayor was in attendance to congratulate the 75th May Queen at Priory Gardens.

Last week the Mayor hosted a tea party at the Old Palace for some remarkable Bromley residents that he has met during his term: 103 year-old RAF Vet Peter Lemon, 9 year-old Vascular EDS campaigner Mia & 12 year-old Betsi, who has documented her fight with Cancer.

The team are travelling from the club's ground up the High Street to The Glades, Bromley, arriving around midday, with the Mayor and Mayoress joining on the bus to congratulate the club.
