Anyone who knows me, knows how much my dog Maddie means to me. On Thursday I learned she had end-stage cancer, multiple myeloma. On Friday, I had to put Maddie to rest. We did it in my backyard, her favorite place. I held her as it happened—reminding her of how loved she was 💙
