Got some super sad terrible news while feeling totally hungover from this weird sad phlebotomy so my husband left work to deliver me my favorite overpriced chicken soup. I’m a very lucky sad person. ❤️🍲

I did my hemochromatosis blood donation today & it made me instantly so sad I felt like sobbing. In all my years of doing this, I’ve never had such a weird reaction. It was like all my feelings were draining with the blood, leaving me empty. Maybe this is a poem?
