NIH-and CIA-in deep trouble here. This week long research study at NIH-where you were a lab rat, receiving no treatment-was a stated requirement to get to Walter Reed, where one did receive care. To many victims, this bizarre sequence was unethical, immoral, and perhaps illegal.

Prior to last month's publication of JAMA articles on #AnomalousHealthIncidents , I wrote it & NIH on behalf of numerous federal clients & cited a host of ethical complaints which went ignored at the time.
