The irony of current geopolitics is that many of the West's competitors - e.g. Russia and Iran - would collapse if the EU & US would change their domestic energy policy.

Unleashing the full potential of nuclear & natural gas would destroy energy prices, weakening Moscow&Tehran.

But still led by services: output indices stuck <50 ( 🇩🇪 45.0, 🇫🇷 46.8)

UK Wind Power has weakened since yesterday to 5.2GW. We are burning 13.7GW of Gas and 0,4GW of Coal as well as Importing 4.5GW to help keep the lights on.
Nuclear is 5.4GW and Solar 1.7GW.
The price of wholesale electricity has been £75 per MWH over the past 24 hours.
