Good morning. Still dry. Sprinkler on. 6am upper 60s-mid 70s. Dew points lower thanks to weak cold front along coast. Highs mostly low 90s. Rain/storm chances go up late aft/eve as front moves back North as warm front. Wind ESE 10-15 mph. wdsu

We’ve been talking about the very warm water. It is an issue. For development need a disturbance, moisture through the atmosphere, no wind shear and warm water. We always have warm water. We do not always have hurricanes.
