Grade Il spenic injury with hemoperitoneum.

Adenocarcinoma of Gastric pylorus involving lesser sac + peri portal,peri pancreatic & mesenteric root nodes( T4b,N2,Mx).

Obstructive biliopathy is due To Carcinoma of Gall Bladder involving cystic duct, common hepatic duct & confluence of left & right hepatic duct.

Bilateral ovarian endometrioma( kissing ovaries) with right sided hematosalpinx.

Carcinoma of Gall Bladder involving Liver & retroperitoneal nodes( periportal, Porto caval & mesenteric root). T3, N2, Mx.
Dx certain.
Always be vigilant while doing ultrasound, nothing is trivial.
