Thanks to everyone who brought your unused and expired prescription medications to the LECOM School of Pharmacy campus in Lakewood Ranch this weekend for the #NationalDrugTakeBackDay event. Crime Prevention deputies collected over 20 lbs. of medication to be safely disposed of!

DEPUTY OF THE MONTH: In Feb. 2024, Deputy Adrian Harrison encountered a vehicle vs. bicycle crash. The driver had a diabetic episode & the vehicle struck a concrete pole & was on fire. Dep. Harrison broke the window, cut the seat belt & pulled the driver 50 yds to safety. #Hero
