Malaika volunteers Yowa and Diana were present at the @CENA_UK conference last weekend, speaking about our ecosystem, the STEM program and the very first graduation at Malaika school. It was great connecting with the Congolese Diaspora in the UK!

It was a joy to speak about @malaikadrc's sustainable agriculture practises as part of #SaveEarthsSkin . Our crops are organically (and masterfully) grown by agronomist Dominique and several community members, feeding over 430 students and 50 staff every day.

Our IT teacher, Donat, spent 9 days at the @lfzurich recently and whilst there he observed how the teachers use technology such as iPads and apps to teach lessons. He had exciting discussions with the IT department about how these tools might be implemented at Malaika.
