Dear Costa Coffee,
Could you kindly explain why you are glorifying irreversible surgery performed on healthy breasts of women for a mental health condition?
James Esses Costa Coffee Hi Costa Coffee do you understand how the glorification & promotion of medically unnecessary mastectomies could be distressing and offensive to women who have suffered breast cancer?
For Women Scotland James Esses Costa Coffee Don’t you also think, For Women Scotland that trivialising such a serious procedure that is far more than “cosmetic,” makes a mockery of the women who have had to endure the struggles of coping both before and after such an operation? Why are Costa Coffee happy to ignore women?

For Women Scotland Robbie Travers James Esses Costa Coffee Hey Costa Coffee, your latte has always been my fave. But I won't ever go into Costa Coffee now. I had my first mastectomy when I was 36, my second at 37. Because I had cancer. You are being hugely insensitive to women with this 'celebratory' image of elective self-mutilation.
