- Yesterday amendments to the Media Bill to strengthen broadcasting diversity requirements and reporting were tabled by
Lib Dems Jane Bonham-Carter🔸 with support from Floella Benjamin + Lord Ed Vaizey. Despite persuasive speeches the Government rejected them and they fell.
