As a Black woman the GOBCC has been the only place that I have ever felt like the work I was doing mattered. The only space I felt safe to be myself in. When your skin color doesn’t look like the majority of the campus you NEED social justice centers. #Justice4MUSocialJustice

I plan to be on Traditions Plaza tomorrow morning at 9AM. Please any and all students/faculty/staff/alumni: join me if you can to show Mizzou that we all NEED these centers and we won’t sit down and accept this. #Justice4MUSocialJustice

the GOBCC and the MCC were the first places i found and built camaraderie at and in one fell swoop mizzou is attempting to soil everything that was created for us and by us. Actions speak louder than words #Justice4MUSocialJustice
