Great to so this technology now being deployed by my officers in Bromley. I have to say this kit is one of the most precise/efficient policing tactics that I have ever seen. In order to protect the communities that we serve I will continue utilise this in our local policing Ops.

Really pleased to have been able to deploy the LFR cameras in Croydon. This kit is a great example of precise crime fighting. Every wanted person arrested on these deployments saves hours of police resources on investigative work to locate and arrest them. Croydon MPS

Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley joined local officers and community residents to observe how Live Facial Recognition is being used to precisely tackle crime and identify wanted offenders.

Eight arrests were made as part of a Live Facial Recognition (LFR) operation in #Croydon yesterday (Tue 23 Jan). The high-vis deployment is part of a longer-term operation to tackle serious violence in the Croydon area.

Vehicle was reported stolen recently & linked to weapons. It was stung shortly after that footage where the subject driver to ram their way out damaging several cars in the process. Four people arrested.
