Profoundly disingenuous framing.

Politicians who knowingly waste the nation’s time and money pursuing dud policies so that they can then spin disinformation as below - should never hold office.

This kind of gibberish is absolutely corrosive to our nation.

Yet another politician who doesn't understand the massive difference between a 'trade deal' and membership of the Single Market which enables a Customs Union.

'We actually didn't raise (trade) barriers, the EU did. That was one of the risks we were aware of, there might be some retaliation for us leaving'

So Kemi Badenoch thought it was proper for the UK to keep enjoying all the benefits of the EU SM after leaving it? Is she mad?

This is why I've moved my own car insurance from Direct Line to AA. I felt that Direct Line was exploiting the fact that I'd opted for automatic renewal, which has worked OK in previous years. But extortion loses them customers

A big moment as a current Tory MP and former cabinet member says on Peston that “I would vote Remain now”. Rejoin inches closer, slowly but surely.

Anyone else wish Rishi Sunak would just get on with the election so we didn’t have to hear any more from the highly talented bunch of Conservative MPs whose daily comedy act has long since grown stale?

So at we have Chris Bryant telling Stewart Jackson 🇮🇱🇬🇧🇺🇦 they MUST deliver the frictionless trade promised at the referendum, whilst also ruling out the UK rejoining the SM or the EU.

Tell us Chris, what sort of frictionless trade can there be outside the SM?

NEXTA I am convinced that Japan can send some of their Patriot systems to Ukraine.. They also manufacture interceptors for the system.

The US also has older Patriot systems that they can send to Ukraine. 🤷‍♂️

Resources exist but the political will is lacking!

Yes, 100% this. Well said, Liz Truss

In fact there was a recent case of an unelected Prime Minister trashing British mortgages all over the UK, by following hare-brained personal economic fancy, pushed by opaquely funded lobbyists, with zero democratic mandate behind it. Nuts.
