Developed a couple of issues as the race reaches half-distance. Volts dropped considerably during Stage 2, robbing us of horsepower, though it seemed to stabilize at the end of the stint. BJ McLeod juggling that and brake fade.

.BJ McLeod qualifies for the #CocaCola600 at a time of 30.484 seconds, close to a half second pickup from practice. Driver thinks the low 30 second bracket was within reach if the car was just a little bit freer to qualify. Very encouraging! #NASCAR #MemorialDayWeekend

Rough end to the day but thankful for opportunity to support Forgotten Coast K9 in the MBM Motorsports Toyota Racing Tundra. And that Jeffrey Earnhardt is ok.

A wreck in front of us on the restart and we are in it. Jeffrey got all the way to the bottom of the apron but got hooked in the right rear by the 22. Commendable job by Jeffrey Earnhardt today, tough end to our night Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Green-and-white checkered on Stage 2, P33, lost a lap at the line there by less than half a truck-length.

We are still working to get that tight-handling condition out of the truck. Track bar and another packer adjustment coming up.
