in the G2 manga, Optimus and Megatron settled on a truce, uniting their factions and forming the Cybertron alliance.

Each wore a cape with the colour of the opposite faction, and sported a new symbol that combined the Autobot and Decepticon insignias. (1995)

the final chapter of the Kre-O manga references the G1 episode 'Child's Play', right down to an infamous animation error from the episode.

also, an homage to the 1984 back-of-box mural, and Power Cycle's only fictional appearance! (2014)

Windblade put in her first appearance in any media when she cameoed in the Kre-O manga, predating her appearance in IDW's comics by several months. (2013)
