nuxated is from nux vomica, more commonly known as strychnine. was recommended to take 6 pills daily. fortunately, it had very little strychnine, which isn't cumulative.

Dr Samuel Brubaker Hartman & Co Peruna bottle. late 1880's - 1890's. a good find.

the heartbreaker. the bottom is insanely cool embossed. the whole bottle is cool. pity it's broken.

nuxated iron

large Durkee, slug plated. is the largest and first slug plated of these i've seen.

i dug. wasn't feeling well and 2 of my tools broke. mostly, a big bottle dig with one big heartbreaker.
