we walk anywhere from 3k to 15k steps per day (20k+ if you’re the nomadic hunter you’re supposed to be)

Ex: tough to choke down a big serving of potato, but make it a loaded baked potato and now it’s easier to eat + way more cals

a large majority of habitual things you do to make your life worse only can happen when you’re sitting around bored at home
