A reminder that there is zero evidence any food or diet will confer you protection from COVID.

When I looked into the diets that claimed a protective ability, the only 2 things they had in common were:

1) The authors had books out
2) The diet matched their previous books.

James A Wong Right James but isn't that also misleading? A healthy diet will promote a long-term health and likely a strong immune system.

James A Wong Ok so then you agree a healthy diet will likely support a healthy immune system, thus indirectly increasing your chances of beating/avoiding COVID? Because if so, to then say there is no evidence a healthy diet confers protection would be, misleading, imo.

@fintyross James A Wong Seth Evans Okay, will give rise to a healthy immune system. Which in turn will make one more able to deal with Covid 19 of and when infected.
