Use this blueprint:
- Set the goal
- Identify the behaviours needed to achieve the goal
- Create a framework to adopt behaviours
- Stick to it

Habit no.3: Year resolution. Be serious.
1 month fw to the year end. Looking back at my 1st time ever resolution...

Everyday change no.2: Exercise for at least 15 minutes, including must have warm-up. Help Mom to do also.

Everyday change no.1: Drink a glass of water first thing after getting up in the morning. This immediately helps rehydrate the body after 6-8 hours sleeping without any water consumption.
