Partner Jane Colston, a trustee of the International Law Book Facility (ILBF), gave opening remarks at ILBF's 3rd essay competition. During her address, Colston introduced Lady Chief Justice Sue Carr, the 1st woman to ever hold the top judicial post in England and Wales, who announced the essay title.
