Just had my first MRI. No one told it's like being inside an industrial rave with the crazy beats and sounds. All I needed was strobe lights and studded leather LOL I will say it would have been impossible without sedatives as I'm claustrophobic AF. Thanks to St. Joe's Healthcare (Hospital & Foundation)

The resourcefulness of people experiencing hunger and homelessness amazes me. There are all kind of ways guests in the Gore Park Line transport their earthly belongings and collect donated food. Nothing goes to waste and if it has wheels all the better #HamOnt #Onpoli #Cdnpoli 🇨🇦

Laura Babcock Been there, its tough. I ended up volunteering & becoming board chair of non profit that helps families at risk, had small food cupboard for few days emergency food. St Vincent de pauls had helped me, mustard seed, decade later i could return favour to another org.
