As a kid, I had access to safe, stable housing thanks to a Section 8 housing voucher.
 
To my friends in the House and Senate, please get this bill to the Governor’s desk. It’s time.

Hillcrest Village in Northfield built by Community Action Center - 17 units, all-electric, all-affordable, net zero - $240 PER YEAR energy bill. Only ~7% more to build than code. Why not more like this? Thank you Center for Energy and Environment, Xcel Energy MN for your work and the tour!
