Finchley fire station opened it's doors to the public on Saturday.
Despite the occasional shower the public turned up and a fantastic time was had by all. Thank you Red Watch.

After 26 years with LFB today we say goodbye to Stn O Darren Burman.

In charge of the Blue Watch at Finchley, he is looking forward to his next chapter and spending time with his family.

Today we said goodbye to Firefighter Tim Green.

After over 22 year's service, all proudly served at Mill Hill on the Green watch, he is looking forward to spending more time fishing.

Today we remember those who lost their lives 34 years ago at the #Purley train crash. The collision derailed the train & six carriages careered down the embankment. Sadly five people died & 88 were injured. Our thoughts are with all those affected orlo.uk/aSdSn
