As the @laschools winner of the “Read to Lead” campaign, 75th St. Elementary School Principal Nancy Lovette welcomed Emmy-winning broadcast meteorologist Paul Deanno to campus. He created the “WOW! Weather!” book series and shared his passion for weather with students.
We were honored to host CA Secretary of State Shirley Weber, PhD in her return to her alma mater Los Angeles Unified Manual Arts High School to engage students on the importance of civic engagement and voting for those who are age-eligible.
