Katherine Ghio Sheila Goggin The liquid is just the water from the chickpeas (and if I feel like it needs more I half fill the can of chickpeas with water and add that in). And cook at 220°C 😊
Katherine Ghio Sheila Goggin These were skinless thighs so I did tent with foil (which is closer to a tagine-style since it retains the moisture) but I don’t usually cover if im using thighs with the skin on bc I like the skin to get a lil crispy. Up to you, play around and find what you like! 🙂
