We've popped 200+ miles in to our EV over the weekend and heated all of our hot water.

This is quite literally free and as close to zero carbon as you can get.

Our panels are now 13 years old and still kick out the same as when new. They were also free.

I thought our cheap EV's were doing well with high mileage.

This Mk1 MG ZS EV is on original equipment, it's an Uber driver and we don't know the SOH, but we will check it next week and update on this.

These were around 20k new and you can now pick them up for under 10k

Just gonna get this booked in for a new traction battery as it's at 120k. By all accounts, it's scrap!!

Oh, hold on. It's seems to be fine.

Maybe I'll hold off and recheck it in another 2 years and at 240k 🤔

His fuel bill is down from £379 to £90pcm. That's almost £3500 annually. You can buy a lot with that!!

I had a good look around it. The BYD Seal is lovely.

I stop at these services regularly and have noticed this creeping up. How long until we're seeing close to £2 litre again.

Luckily when I cover a typical 200+ mile journey it costs us under £4, not the £30+ it would in a diesel.

1.5 million km/932,000 mile/15 year battery warranty? Guarantee of no degredation for the first 500k.

Admittedly, this is for commercial applications, but CATL supply many manufacturers, including Tesla!!

I know the wipers are still shonky and this should have been implemented long ago, but Tesla's OTA are awesome.

A Tesla will be at its worst on the day you collect it. From then on, it's ever improving.

That facts don't lie.

EVs are growing globally. In December 2023 1.8m barrels of crude oil were displaced by EV's every day.

Each barely will emit 426.10kgs of CO2. Multiply that by 1.8m barrels and you can see we are saving a lot of CO2 and other emissions attributed to

I love this. Octopus Energy are charging our car in the middle of the day because the grid is so clean using their intelligent tariff. Loads of wind and solar. Add that 40% of our cars energy is coming from our roof, it means our EVs emissions per KM total 11.43g CO2 and in terms
