Canales on Brooks having so much tread on the tires left (only 238 carries at Texas): 'Best back in the class, to have this type of year, this type of production and to have this type of future, to see what he can become, is really exciting.'

Morgan on Brooks ACL recovery, which Brooks has said will have him back by training camp: 'They feel good about it, honestly we feel good about it. I think he’s right on schedule.'

Morgan adds they felt like Brooks was the best running back in the class.

Dan Morgan on the number of trades tonight: 'I think really the opportunity just presented itself.'

Says they were counting players, the ability to get capital for the future was a good opportunity.

So in short, the Panthers moved back from 39 to 46, threw in a 5th, and ended up with a 2025 second-round pick and also RB Jonathan Brooks.

That's big for making their draft whole next year, and also adds another significant talent on offense.

Another year for another SC man.

Legette has seen people on social media commenting on his accent (which is country country).

'They just ain't ever heard anybody from Mullins.'

Legette: 'A year ago, I wasn’t on anybody’s board, but I never let that get to me. I knew I had another year.'

In his final year at South Carolina, Legette blew up, with 71 rec. for 1,255 yards and seven touchdowns. He's only the 5th receiver in USC history to surpass 1K yds.
