Help needed: what is the source? Early 20th c. Textbooks in Norway contain a quote by Charlemagne where he claims I can't learn to write because he's too used to the sword. It sounds like a paraphrasing of Einhard, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

Today I just learned that the Norwegian Research Council and UKRI have an agreement that makes research collaboration between Norway and UK easier. That's very exciting!

Is there a better way to spend a cold Sunday afternoon than reviewing footnotes on an overdue piece of writing?
