I have returned to Entebbe for the NRM CEC meeting following a week of absence while I attended the CHOGM in Kigali, Rwanda and other engagements in Ntungamo District respectively. In Ntungamo, Maama Janet K Museveni and I rallied the people to embrace the Parish Development Model.
