One foot in front of the other

Some days are harder than others 4 some reason or none at all. Continuing to take a step forward is a special skill not everyone has.

My son taught me to always step forward. He shouldn’t be able to walk at 16 bc of #Duchenne yet here we are.

Let’s talk about perseverance, resilience and goal setting.
