'We went to Civic Hive, which is an organization that is there to support creative solutions that have to do with governance.They have a lot of projects, which helps to check &analyze projects made by the gvt &how money has been spent on these projects'.

Rethinking Democracy from a Feminist Tech Lens Youth Exchange Program: 'It has been interesting. I am learning how AdvoKC operates&the tangible products that they have that are actively helping to push the agendas of the people of Nigeria',-Precious Bondokoto Namatai Kwekweza🇿🇼

'We also learned how to write an academic paper. I’m expecting that we will also get a practical example of one that’s already been published to talk about it and properly see how we will be able to achieve the same goal of publishing our own research paper', added Precious.

Day 4, which was also the penultimate day of the Rethinking Democracy From a Feminist Tech Lens Youth Exchange Program in Nigeria in partnership with WELEAD TRUST and Justice Code Foundation was held at Civic Hive, led by Temidayo Musa.

'The team is very motivated & committed to this program. We have learned a lot about AdvoKC , and we expect to learn more about other civic tech organizations operating here in Lagos, the heart of Africa”, added Munyaradzi Togarepi. Stay tuned to our pages for more.

A very fun and enlightening first day for our transfer students. They got to learn about AdvoKC from our Executive Director, Mr Abiola Durodola and Mr Dare Olatunde guided them on the process of writing Academic Papers.
