We believe true justice ensures lessons learned. We want to make it impossible for the cases of #GaiaPope and #SarahEverard to ever happen again. Both of whom were failed by the police as a result of sexual crimes being inadequately investigated which led to their deaths. 3/5

The #GaiaPrinciple would establish minimum standards for investigations and compel officers to investigate suspects thoroughly by checking for other allegations against them. Failure to comply with guidance will mean an officer that can't do their job, can lose their job. 2/5

The NHS has a choice:

It can protect (and retain) brilliant female staff.

Or it can protect male's staff's ability to rape and harass.
