Umm, someone needs to tell Wes Streeting that many NHS trusts are still crippled with Private Finance Initiative debt because of the NHS privatisation that Blair was so keen on. Some of it won’t be paid off until 2050 🚨🚨🚨

I’ve been talking to doctors about this all day. Haven’t come across a single one who thinks Labour will convince staff to fulfil all of these extra shifts. + even a private healthcare boss said a few days ago that their plan to rely on private hospitals won’t work!

For example, you could just marry a billionaire's daughter.

It has been deliberately undermined by politicians who wish to privatise it.

This morning, Wes Streeting twice quoted figures for the number of people on the NHS waiting list, referring to 7.5 and 8 million people.

But that’s not what NHS England data shows. There are 7.5 million cases on the waiting list, involving about 6.3 million patients. (1/3)

London Evening Standard has just told staff it'll drop its daily print edition and become a weekly paper, blaming the spread of Wi-Fi on the tube, shortage of commuters due to work from home, and years of massive financial losses.

The NHS’s productivity has fallen. Management consultants have been employed to help identify why (🚨) even though it’s blindingly obvious. You cannot expect a workforce which has endured the trauma of a pandemic+ poor treatment from a government for 14 years to be productive.
