Luis Scott-Vargas Treachery may have fallen off from what it used to be, but 'what it used to be' was first-pickable. It's absolutely still among the 540 most powerful cube cards.
Everybody's Favorite Son Disagree (it’s not compared to all 540 cards, just the blue ones)
Luis Scott-Vargas Fair point assuming we need equal color counts (historically not always the case w/Vintage Cube).
Can't compare Treachery apples to apples w/combo-enabling cards, but looking only at non-combo U cards, it's a higher pick than Dress Down, Sicarian Infiltrator, Stern Scolding.
