In July 2019, Charlie Smyth had just left St.Colman's College, Newry in Newry, before St Mary’s University College Belfast. Only 18, he emailed NFL UK asking how he could develop his kicking.
Today, Charlie will work out w/ the New Orleans Saints. The IPP & Leader Kicking has changed everything.

Our final ‘Inspiring Insights’ speaker was a young student who set up his own company during lock down & has sold over 70,000 shirts worldwide. Rory McLaughlan is currently studying at QUB & created the highly successful ‘Mystery Shirt in a Box’ company.
