David Atherton Uber UK Asian taxi drivers have done this for years if they crash into you. They radio all their mates to turn up and act as 'witnesses' that they weren't at fault. The police MUST be aware of what's going on.
The same taxi drivers ferry drugs and under age girls to r@pe gangs too.
