Hey Ocado, I see you’re prioritising anytime smart pass holders, but what about those of us who are weekdays only? I’ve used you and had a smart pass of some description for years, so it’s disappointing that you can’t do something for all smart pass customers

@angela_jbarnard Michael HarveyOcado I’ve had a smart pass since they first launched them years ago, so that’s not it. I’d just like them to clarify whether it’s only the anytime smart pass that has the priority or all smart pass holders
@RachaelMulhern @angela_jbarnard Michael HarveyOcado I have the midweek pass and I have not received an email or text. Keep trying the website as randomly it says 'You have been given priority access' and I managed to get a slot
