The Liberals should never have bought the Trans Mountain Pipeline.

Now Canadians are on the hook for $35 billion worth of irresponsible government spending.

TMX is an environmental and economic disaster.

Update: after the NDP kept holding the line against their silly and time-wasting amendments to Sustainable Jobs Act, the Conservatives capitulated and gave up.

But only after they wasted a few hundred thousand dollars of House operating costs.

The Report Stage is complete!

Thank you to the federal government & Canada’s NDP’s for taking steps to pass the Sustainable Jobs Act. Siobhan Vipond joined United Steelworkers’s Marty Warren & IUOE’s Patrick Campbell to call on MPs to work together & get this worker-focused legislation passed.

6025 Sussex in Burnaby is federal land – where the city asked to build 300 affordable homes.

And Trudeau refused. Like Poilievre, he prefers to sell public land to rich developers.

I'm calling on Trudeau to reverse his decision so that 300 families can have an affordable home.
