Some Utd fans don't appreciate him but I do. Being our best player since he joined

The word of God is the omnipotent power of God, and it is void of our unbelief, frailties, and instabilities

The journey of our experiences, is full of our unbelief, frailties, and instabilities

This is why we always stick to the word in all matters of the Christian faith

This whole discussion on addictions just shows why you don't emphasize experiences over what the Bible teaches

Scripture reveals and prescribes the power of God

Experiences do not always match perfectly with the word. Yes experiences are true but dominion is in the word

From childhood to old age, no one in Israel could accuse Samuel of wrongdoing

If God helped Samuel who lived under the law, to consistently live righteously, this same God can under grace keep you free from sin, and cause you to consistently live righteously

When scripture said; if we sin we have an Advocate... It is not prescribing that we sin sometimes, but rather describing human experience due to our frailty

What scripture prescribes is the power of God to save us from all sins
