Last week Mosun showed his class against current champions Woodlands CC 🏏 top scoring with 66* and Yasar (2-28) and Jawaad (3-35) both bowling well and the boys getting the win!
On Saturday Daany led the way with 108 supported well by skipper Asad (71) the boys picked up 19 points against East Bierley CC with George (4-48) and Saany (3-31) both bowling superbly. The boys took 19 points from this fixture.
On Saturday the captain Yasar led by example with a brilliant bowling spell of 15 overs 5 maidens and 4-32 against Cleckheaton Cricket Club restricting the visitors to 119. The boys took 19 points from the fixture with Mosun top scoring with 33. MOM sponsored by BKP Solicitors
1st XI travel to TownvilleCC on Saturday hoping to continue their good form in the league. A tough challenge awaits for Yasar and his lads against a strong Townville XI who are going strong in all competitions this year One change, Abu Bakr makes way for Mustahsan Ali Shah.
The 2nd XI travel to New Farnley CC on Sunday in the Shield Semi-Final. It is expected to be a tough challenge for the boys against the current leaders in the league, the boys will need to be up for this game if they would like to retain their Priestley Shield title from 2023.
